Contreras, who is 5-for-10 in the postseason, will bat sixth. Veteran catchers David Ross and Miguel Montero are a combined 2-for-17.

Jason Heyward, who was benched in Game 3, returns to right field and will bat seventh against rookie left-hander Julio Urias. Heyward is 2-for-19 in the postseason.

Addison Russell, who is 1-for-24 and has been lifted for a pinch-hitter twice in the postseason, remains in the lineup and will bat eighth.
