Tomi Lahren is suspended after revealing she's pro-choice

The inflammatory conservative talk show host Tomi Lahren was suspended from her show for at least a week on ‘The Blaze’ on Monday.

This comes just days after she spoke with women on the View to talk about her pro-choice, pro-limited government stance, that has apparently caused controversy among fans.

Lahren, who gained viral fame for her extreme remarks about millennials, liberals, and ‘snowflakes’, just to name a few, has reportedly been suspended for a week according to the Daily Caller

The 24-year-old’s contract is up in September, and people have speculated whether or not she’s gunning for Megyn Kelly’s job on Fox News.

Multiple sources have told the website that she may leave the network before that.

Leon Wolf, managing editor at ‘The Blaze’ told the Daily Beast that staffers were informed that Lahren’s show would not air this week.

However, he reportedly did not use the word suspended.

On Friday Lahren made an appearance on ‘The View,’ saying that she believed in limited government, so for her to be against abortion rights would make her a ‘hypocrite’.

Explaining that she was all about the constitution and limited government she told the show ‘Stay out of my guns and you can stay out of my body, as well’.

However, in the past she has made comments that suggested that women who get abortions are murderers. Her segments often tackled polarizing political issues such as Black Lives Matter, and regularly went viral on Facebook.

Not long after Friday’s interview, her conservative fan-base started to lash out at Lahren on Twitter.

They blamed her for selling out for the ‘approval of a few random ladies,’ and called her attention seeking.

‘I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government but I think the government should decide what women do with their bodies,’ she said.

According to TMZ, the decision to bench Lahren came from head honcho Glenn Beck, who was ‘incensed’ at her comment, claiming that it was a betrayal of the network’s core values.

Sources said that he was forced to suspend her show for a week or risk mutiny from the fan-base. However, some have also been so bold as to suggest that Beck is actually threatened by the attention Lahren is receiving on both ends of the spectrum.

In typical fashion, she shot back saying: ‘I speak my truth. If you don’t like it, tough. I will always be honest and stand in my truth.’

However, another Blaze reporter, Kaitlyn Schallhorn said on Twitter: ‘Even Hillary Clinton didn’t call pro-life conservatives hypocrites.’

Following the Monday news, she seemed to have a positive attitude about the whole thing online.

She tweeted a number of times on Monday, both at her fans and at her haters. One tweet said: ‘No one hunts a small deer, this too shall pass.’

Later, she tweeted an inspirational quote for herself: ‘When people praise you, don’t let it go to your head. When people criticize you, don’t let it go to your heart.’

And finally, later in the evening, she jokingly tweeted: ‘So I’ve got some “me” time tonight. Anything good on TV?’ including the hashtag #TeamTomi.
