Nick kept it casual in a checked shirt and jeans while Vanessa, 29, teamed a white t-shirt with skinny jeans and a trendy leather jacket.
The special education teacher carried a pricey large Celine handbag to complete her look.
The date night came as it’s claimed the couple have a volatile relationship.
A source revealed to Us Weekly on Wednesday that the duo ‘want to be in it for the long run,’ but both have very strong personalities.

Since filming of the show wrapped in November, the couple have reportedly struggled with issues such as Vanessa’s jealousy and where they plan to live together.
‘She’s had a hard time seeing Nick romancing all these other women,’ a show source said of Vanessa, who tuned in to watch Nick get cozy with her love rivals including wild child Corinne Olympios, lawyer Rachel Lindsay who Nick said he had ‘explosive’ chemistry with and runner-up Raven Gates.
In the After The Final Rose live show on Monday night, which aired after Nick and Vanessa’s proposal was shown, Vanessa revealed her concerns about the couple’s relationship.
‘We love each other,’ she told host Chris Harrison, ‘but there have been days that have been difficult.’

Vanessa is said to be temporarily moving to Los Angeles while Nick films Dancing With The Stars.
He will compete on the next season of DWTS with pro Peta Murgatroyd.
After that, however, the couple still aren’t sure where they should build their life together.
Nick and Vanessa have also confessed that they don’t yet have a wedding date in mind and that they are taking things slowly.

Finally public: Nick looked relaxed in dark jeans and a navy checked shirt for the outing
‘Vanessa and I have talked about having a family and that is something that’s important to us. But we haven’t gotten into having kids. We want to get married first!’ Nick told People on Wednesday.
In a separate interview with Good Morning America on Tuesday morning the duo said they made a conscious choice to be open about their difficulties.
‘Vanessa and I just kind of decided to just be up front with the fact that it’s difficult to start a relationship as the Bachelor and with 29 other women and that it’s difficult to maintain that relationship long-distance while it’s being re-aired,’ he said.
‘I think every other couple before us has experienced those challenges.
‘We just decided to just kind of just be upfront about it and to be open to the realities of our relationship.’

One interesting thing that has been pointed out regarding the actual engagement ring is that fans had noticed that the 3.75 carat sparkler is actually the same one Robby Hayes picked out for The Bachelorette’s JoJo Fletcher last season.
Since JoJo ultimately accepted Jordan Rodgers’ proposal, it apparently made it back into the pool of choices for Viall. The doubling up in rings was first noticed by Claudia Oshry on her Instagram.
Neil Lane, who designed the sparkler, offered up a simple explanation to People on Wednesday for why this happened as he said: ‘I bring six rings and over the years, over the 9 years, some are the same, some have changed settings or are re-designed, and some are totally new.
‘The most important thing is for a ring to speak to the particular man and to the woman he is in love with. If a ring doesn’t speak to one person, then it wasn’t meant to be. If that particular ring wasn’t meant to find a home with JoJo, but rather spoke to Nick and Vanessa, then that’s the way it should be. It’s found its home.’
